These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QRko website (qrko.in), mobile application, and related services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by CSism Technologies ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Service.

1. About the Service

QRko provides smart QR-based identification tags for vehicles. When scanned, these tags display emergency contact information and vehicle details configured by the registered owner. The Service includes a mobile application, a web portal, and physical QR sticker products.

We are a technology platform and service provider. We are not a government body, law enforcement agency, or emergency service. We do not guarantee any outcome in emergency situations arising from the use of our QR tags.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Service.
You must provide a valid Indian mobile number for OTP-based login.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all information you provide on the platform.
By registering, you confirm that you are the rightful owner of or have authority to register the vehicle details you enter.

3. Account and OTP Login

Access to your account is secured via OTP sent to your registered mobile number.
You are responsible for keeping your OTP confidential. Do not share it with anyone.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4. Orders and Payments

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes.
Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
Payments are processed securely through Razorpay, a RBI-authorised payment aggregator. We do not store any payment credentials.
We reserve the right to cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity, with a full refund issued to the original payment method.
By placing an order, you agree to our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

5. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds or returns except in cases of damaged/defective products, wrong product delivered, or confirmed lost shipments. Please read our full Refund & Cancellation Policy before placing an order.

6. Delivery

We deliver physical QR tag products across India via registered courier partners.
Estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days from the date of dispatch.
Delivery timelines may vary due to courier delays, remote locations, or circumstances beyond our control.
We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses provided at the time of order.

7. QR Tag Activation and Use

Each QR tag must be activated by registering it through your account on the QRko app or website.
Once activated and linked to your account, the QR tag displays the information you have configured.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy and appropriateness of the information you register on your QR tag.
Do not register false, misleading, or illegal information.
QR tags are for personal, non-commercial use only.

8. SMS Communications

By registering on QRko, you consent to receive transactional SMS messages from us via our registered DLT SMS header CSISMG (Jio TrueConnect). These messages include OTPs, order confirmations, dispatch notifications, and QR registration confirmations. These are service-related communications and are not promotional in nature.

9. Masked Call Feature

QRko provides a Masked Call feature that allows a person who scans your QR tag to connect with you via a privacy-protected phone call. This feature is included free of charge with every registered QR tag — no subscription or additional payment is required.

When a caller initiates a masked call, neither the caller's number nor the owner's number is revealed to the other party. The call is routed through a third-party telephony provider (Exotel).
You will be connected on your registered mobile number. The caller connects from their mobile number. Both numbers remain private throughout the call.
Each masked call session is time-limited. Call sessions expire automatically after a set duration.
The Masked Call feature is intended for legitimate emergency or vehicle-related communication only (e.g., parking issues, accidents). Misuse of this feature for harassment, spam, or any unlawful purpose is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension.
Each masked call session is time-limited and expires automatically. Call records — including timestamp, session duration, and connection status — are logged and retained by QRko for security and fraud prevention. These records are not visible to end users.
The availability of the Masked Call feature is dependent on the uptime of our telephony provider (Exotel). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of this feature and shall not be liable for missed calls or connectivity failures caused by third-party provider outages.
We reserve the right to modify, restrict, or discontinue the free masked call feature at any time with reasonable notice.

10. Push Notifications

Our mobile application uses Firebase Cloud Messaging (FCM) to send push notifications to your device. By using the app and granting notification permissions, you consent to receiving scan alerts and service notifications. You can disable notifications from your device settings at any time.

11. User Responsibilities

Keep your emergency contact information accurate and up to date.
Do not use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose.
Do not attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
Do not tamper with, reverse-engineer, or misuse the QR tags or the platform.
Do not register another person's vehicle without their consent.

12. Intellectual Property

All content on this website and application — including but not limited to logos, designs, text, graphics, and code — is the intellectual property of CSism Technologies / QRko. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of this Service without prior written permission from us.

13. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. We do not guarantee any particular outcome in emergencies arising from use of our QR tags.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CSism Technologies and QRko shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or personal injury, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from this Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

15. Third-Party Services

Our Service integrates with third-party providers including Razorpay (payments), Jio TrueConnect (SMS), and Firebase/Google (push notifications). We are not responsible for the actions, availability, or policies of these third-party services. Their respective terms of service and privacy policies govern their handling of your data.

16. Modifications to the Service

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time by updating this page. The "Last updated" date at the top will reflect when the Terms were last changed. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

18. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Information Technology Act, 2000, the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, and other applicable Indian laws. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
